A post graduate in Psychology who underwent his schooling at Sainik School. Has more than 15 years corporate level experience in telecom and banking sector such as Idea Cellular, ICICI Bank, HSBC Bank, Citi Bank & Tata Docomo.

Madhu is an approved Govt. Trainer for ASAP Project (Additional Skills Acquisition Program), Certified National Trainer of JCI India (Junior Chamber International India), qualified as one of the best five trainers of Zone Trainer Workshop of JCI India in June 2012.
